After the installation of the machine in your company, the use of your machine, its periodic maintenance and program training are provided.
PROGRAM SUPPORT
Our machine has a very simple and understandable program interface. When necessary, we provide you with remote support, preventing the disruption of your business and ensuring continuity.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Our machine has a warranty period of 2 years. After the warranty period expires, you will be able to receive the necessary technical support from us, and in cases where remote support is not sufficient, you will be able to receive the necessary service immediately.
TOOL & SPARE PARTS SUPPLY
After installation, we can sell parts of your CNC machine such as milling bits, pliers, keys, and you will be able to get the necessary support.
